Ezko Property Services’ (Aust) cleaning activities are based by our environmental management policy which has been integrated into business performance and planning at all levels. The company’s environmental policy applies to all activities.
The Australian communities’ desire both to receive cost effective cleaning services and to protect and preserve the environment, this aim is shared by Ezko Property Services (Aust) Pty Ltd, its employees and contractors. The policy states that all of Ezko’s activities must be planned and performed so that adverse effects on the environment are either avoided or kept to an acceptable level while meeting all statutory requirements.
In fulfilling this policy Ezko Property Services will:
Comply with applicable laws and regulations and will strive towards higher standards.
Apply responsible standards where laws and regulations do not exist
Participate actively with industry and government in the development of appropriate
legislation and regulations
Assess potential environmental effects before conducting any new activities
Seek continues improvement in energy efficiency
Monitor potential environmental effects so that it will be addressed promptly
Encourage environmental concern and respect with training provided for all employees
and contractors
Area Managers are expected to demonstrate that these objectives are being met by the
employees and contractors. These processes will be supplemented by Ezko via regular
auditing.
The Managing Director of Ezko Property Services (Aust) Pty Limited has an overall
responsibility for establishing implementing and reviewing the effectiveness of the company’s environmental policy. The responsibility for implementing this policy rests with the executive management of Ezko Property Services.
All Ezko Property Services’ employees and its contractors are required to understand and act in accordance with the Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and ethical standards.
