Contract Performance Monitoring & Reporting Procedures

The Ezko Property Services Quality Management System provides a documented process that links all our operational functions to AS/NZS ISO standards. Our ongoing adherence to this Quality Management System and the associated procedures and programs that flow from it reinforces the company’s unswerving commitment to excellence.

As a part of our Quality Assurance Program, a list of Performance Indicators will be created, maintained and updated (as necessary) for services provided. The list is reviewed jointly, with our clients, during the implementation period, and final formats agreed upon for measuring service delivery.

Our performance will have a realistic and an achievable target, but it is expected that improvements can be made each year.

The chart below outlines the management framework for integrating nominated “Performance Indicators” with the specified standards and using daily, weekly and monthly reporting systems, monitor and check that all outcomes are being achieved.
