Ezko Property Services Australia Pty Ltd
was founded by its Managing Director, Mr. Richard Kowalik in 1987, and is a boutique provider of quality services.

Mr Kowalik is a qualified Physiotherapist, but after finding success in the company in both the private and commercial sectors, decided to strengthen his hold on the property services market.

Mr Kowalik attributes the success of Ezko Property Services Australia Pty Ltd to his continuing active involvement in the day-to-day operations. He makes regular inspections and considers client contact an important part of his role as a Managing Director. He aims at all times to provide a high level of services and his employees are carefully selected to maintain this commitment to his customers.

Over the years the company has grown to include:

Charlie Vasilas, as General Manager of the group.
Max Bekir, as Property and Operations Manager.
Tomasz Rutkowski, as Manager of our Gardening and landscaping division, who
is also a qualified horticulturist.

Ezko has grown naturally and not through acquisitions. Today Ezko Property Services employs more than 200 people to fulfil over 30 prestigious contracts. The company operates from a financially secure and stable management base, and the management is actively involved in daily operational issues.

Ezko’s high contract retention rate is evidence of its ability to provide a consistently
high standard of service. Regular quality assurance inspections are undertaken by Site Managers and submitted to the Operation Manager and/or General Manager.

Areas requiring attention are quickly targeted and rectified. Random, periodical inspections are also carried out by the General Manager to ensure that our high standards are maintained.
